Where is Mayhem taking place?

Mayhem Film Festival takes place at Broadway Cinema in Nottingham. Our address is 14-18 Broad Street, Nottingham NG1 3AL.

How do I travel to Mayhem?

We are a 10 to 15-minute walk away from Nottingham train station. The nearest tram stop is Lace Market and is a 5-minute walk away to us. City buses also stop within 5 minutes of our venue. The nearest airport to us is East Midlands Airport.

When do tickets go on sale?

Passes traditionally go on sale late spring/early summer, with individual tickets and Frankenstein packages going live early to mid-September. Sign up to our newsletter so not to miss our on-sale dates.

Is seating allocated for the festival?

Yes, seating for the festival is allocated. We recommend booking your pass(es) or ticket(s) as early as possible to guarantee your favourite seat(s).

Is there somewhere to eat nearby?

Broadway operates a full cafébar that provides food, snacks and drinks throughout the festival. The venue is also located near many restaurants and other food and drink options, should you wish to explore the area and take a little break from our hub.

Can I bring in my own snacks?

You may bring your own snacks in the cinema, however we do ask that you are mindful of your fellow Mayhemians by avoiding snacks with loud packaging or smells.

Can I come to Mayhem with my genre-loving child?

Mayhem is certificated as an 18-only event, unless otherwise specified for individual screenings. Please double-check certification before coming to avoid disappointment. ID may be required to prove your age and give you access to the screen.

Is filming or photography taking place during the festival?

Photography is often taking place during our events, if you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us in advance, or come and speak to us in person at the start of the event.

Can I bring my dog to Mayhem?

Dogs are allowed within Broadway’s communal spaces, however, service dogs only are allowed inside the screens.
